How Do You Feel??
I have been working a lot with people recently but on many different levels and I have found a pattern and it is one that I have been through myself.
Have you heard of emotional set points?
Its about knowing where you truly are in yourself and then finding the better feeling thought to get to the better place.
Where’s the better place you may ask?
Remember that time where you did not have a care in the world, the feeling associated with that, that is where we all strive to be in our lives but we seem to hold ourselves through our thoughts and actions in a place we know does not benefit us a lot of the time.
I truly get this I hope you do too.
