I know you know that dehydration has many symptoms and it also produces carvings for food so you end up eating more. The body’s organs and muscles cannot perform to their optimum level if they are dried up and not allowed to bath in the water of life. So your hydration needs to be up to a certain level.

So if you want to give your body a why drink water fighting chance try not to ask why drink water just do it as in the long run it will prolong and save your life.

Many drinks on the market today contain water stripping chemicals, unnecessary sugars and other chemicals that we cannot even pronounce the names we knowingly drink these fluids and on a human level, they do not feed us to bring balance and health.  Caffeine and alcohol are diuretics and are known when consumed excessively strip the water that you already have from your system.

You should always be aware of the foods and drinks that you consume especially if the fluids are diuretics because the water that put in will not stay in your body.

My advice as to the why drink water question is it helps to maintain functionality of the body and balance  and you should do it little and often throughout the day working your way up to 2-4 litres.
